Our aftercare team are always on hand to talk through any questions you may have. During your service, we will ensure your system is in correct working order by carrying out work such as:
- Cleaning and maintenance of key components.
- Inspection of nozzles, pumps, valves, batteries and alarms.
- Running and testing the pump unit, including the alarm sounder.
- Visually check layouts and nozzles in accordance with the original installation.
- Electrical and water supply compliance checks.
- Full system recommissioning and certification.

No. We only service iMist Water Mist Fire Suppression Systems as we fully train every engineer in-house on the iMist System specifically.
Can another company service my iMist System?
No. Only engineers trained by iMist can service the system. This guarantees you:

How often should my iMist system be serviced?
Once every 12 months, as per our manufacturer’s recommendation and warranty terms.
