Tony Sims
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Tony has built an international team dedicated to promoting the benefits of the iMist™ system and protecting lives from the impact of fire. With over 40 years of experience, including roles at Marks & Spencer and Kingspan, Tony founded iMist™ in 2015. What he enjoys most is turning opportunities into reality.
Alex Pollard
Operations Director
Alex co-founded iMist™ with Tony in 2015 after years designing mist systems for other companies. He began by doing everything, from sales and design to installation and certification. What Alex values most is the people; he believes in giving everyone a voice and helping them grow alongside the business.
Jon Martin
Business Improvement Manager
Jon joined iMist™ in 2022 to boost productivity as the company grows. He brings experience from estate agency, banking, and eCommerce operations. This includes project management and warehouse relocation. Jon is excited to help shape a business with such a meaningful purpose.
Katy Galloway
Head of Installations & Servicing
Katy joined iMist™ in 2020, bringing valuable coordination experience to the servicing team. From booking maintenance to certifying projects, she plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and has been instrumental in supporting the department’s rapid growth and success.
Craig Watson
Production Factory Manager
Craig manages the manufacturing department and our Hull factory, making sure all assets and stock are up to iMist standard, and ready for delivery to our engineers to our national hubs.
Eddie Sibley
CPD Manager
Eddie joined iMist™ in 2018 after 10 years with the London Fire Brigade, where he attended major incidents including Westminster Bridge. He’s passionate about working across the construction industry and believes iMist™ is the future of fire suppression.
Alex Brown
Head of Sales
Alex rejoined the company in 2023 having previously worked at iMist back in 2016 as a Sales Executive. Having worked in Sales for over 10 years and having a passion for iMist, it’s system and its values, he now manages the Sales Department.
