New Build | Luxury Apartments
Background
iMist™ were contracted to install a system into this brand new luxury apartment block in Newcastle. Hanover Point comprises ten bespoke apartments across eight levels, situated within a gated, landscaped courtyard. Each apartment is unique in design, with its own private outdoor space.
Building control required a fire suppression system due to the building exceeding 11m in height and the open-plan nature of the apartments.
Solution
iMist™ met building control requirements by covering all apartments and duplex apartments. As they were open-plan with inner bedrooms, coverage was required everywhere except the ensuite bathrooms and utility room.
iMist™ will maintain and service the systems yearly to maintain pump warranty and ensure the systems and components are working efficiently.
