Background
The historic Royal Blind School site, established in 1874, which had been vacant since 2014, was acquired by a major house builder.
Due to its Grade-C listed status, fire suppression systems were required throughout parts of the development in Scotland.
Solution
iMist™ were awarded this project, not only to ensure the safety of the residents but also help preserve the building’s historical and architectural integrity.
iMist™ provided an additional layer of safety, facilitating efficient evacuation from the East and West wings in the event of a fire.
