This loft conversion in Chelsea required a fire suppression system as they wanted to maintain an open plan living space on the ground floor, without the addition of a fire door on the first floor.

The building control officer was happy with the iMist™ water mist system being installed as a compensatory measure for this conversion, meaning that our customer could maintain their open plan living dream, without the need of a fire door, while remaining safe and compliant.
