In Cambridge, iMist™ was tasked with protecting The Towers, a Grade II listed Edwardian house built in 1908 in the Arts and Crafts style. The property is filled with period details such as decorative moulded ceiling roses, dado rails, and open fireplaces, all of which were at risk from the devastating effects of fire.
iMist™ designed, installed, and retrofitted 28 nozzles and a domestic pump into The Towers. Close collaboration with Building Control and heritage restoration specialists ensured that the fire suppression system provided comprehensive protection without altering the appearance of the property or causing any damage to its historic features.
