Featured on Grand Designs, our customer took on a unique project by purchasing an old bin store with the vision of transforming it into a sleek, modern home. Their plans centred around creating an open-plan layout throughout the property.
Solution
Because of the open-plan design, Building Control required enhanced fire safety measures, including additional alarms, improved fire separation, and a fire suppression system. iMist™ was awarded the project for its discreet system, which saves valuable space and blends seamlessly into contemporary design.
