With layouts that prioritise space and light, fire safety needed to be carefully considered to protect both residents and the property without compromising the aesthetic of the interiors.
Solution
iMist™ was appointed to design and install a water mist fire suppression system that provided reliable protection while remaining unobtrusive. A total of 35 nozzles were fitted across the development, ensuring each flat was safeguarded. Unlike traditional sprinklers, the iMist™ system minimises the risk of water damage in the event of activation, offering peace of mind to both residents and developers while preserving the premium finish of the homes.
