Background
Great Peter Street, located only a short distance from the Houses of Parliament, is home to a collection of high-end apartments. While the interiors were designed to offer spacious, modern living, the building’s heritage-listed exterior required careful consideration to ensure its character was preserved.
Solution
To meet fire safety requirements without compromising the open-plan design, iMist™ installed a fire suppression system comprising more than 290 nozzles. This allowed the client to maintain large, open living areas accessed by a central staircase, while ensuring residents and guests could enjoy both safety and style in a protected environment.
