Water Tower Conversion

This property was once an old, abandoned, asylum, before fire took hold of the administration block, and destroyed the facade of the building – including the iconic clock tower. Three years later what remained standing was converted into a water tower.

This water tower has now been converted into a house, with four bedrooms over six floors. Because of the nature of the property, and its history, our client wanted to ensure they were fully protected from fire.
